Hampton Inn By Hilton Irapuato

Just spent 2 nights in a Two Double Beds Non-Smoking room with my family. The room offered clean, comfortable beds that ensured a good night's sleep. The air conditioning, however, didn't cool well was good. I loved the complimentary breakfast, with a great mix of traditional local flavors along with continental options. The dining area was inviting. I felt secure in the area, which allowed us to explore local eateries without worry. Our experience at the on-site restaurant was frustrating. After being seated and waiting for over 20 minutes with no service, we chose to leave and find dinner elsewhere, disappointing. Customer service over the phone was responsive and helpful, but restaurant support fell short. I'd recommend this hotel for its comfy rooms and excellent breakfast, but improvements in restaurant staffing would make it a better spot overall!

The free breakfast was delicious, with a good mix of local and continental cuisine. With spacious rooms and a safe environment, I felt at home while being great location to explore nearby eateries. Definitely a place I'll revisit!

The hotel was clean and had professional staff. My suite had a fridge, a writing table, and iron and ironing board.

Overall quiet and excellent hotel, I didn't want to leave.

The accommodation was clean, the room was clean. My room included a mini bar, television with satellite channels, and climate control. No complains at all, truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel and would have stayed for longer.

The restaurant service needs a serious overhaul!!! Twenty minutes without attention is unacceptable, especially for elderly guests. More staff training on customer engagement would enhance the dining experience !!!
